Are your teas 100% naturalYes! All of our teas are made with only natural herbs, flowers, roots, and botanicals. We do not use any artificial flavourings, sweeteners, preservatives, or colours. Just pure, plant-based goodness.

Where are your teas made?Our teas are blended right here in the UK using ethically sourced ingredients from trusted suppliers. Every blend is made in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Are your products suitable for vegans?Absolutely. Every single blend is 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free, with no animal-derived ingredients of any kind.

Can I drink your teas every day?Most of our blends are gentle enough for daily use. However, we always suggest checking with your GP if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently taking medication, just to be safe.

How do I brew the tea properly?We recommend using 1–2 teaspoons of tea per 8oz (240ml) of freshly boiled water. Let the blend steep for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on your preferred strength. For a stronger brew or added benefits, you can steep it longer or use a covered teapot.

Do your teas contain caffeine?Most of our blends are naturally caffeine-free. Any tea that contains naturally occurring caffeine (such as green tea or yerba mate) will be clearly labelled on the products label & on our product page

How should I store my tea?To maintain freshness, keep your tea in an airtight container stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat.

Do you offer teas for specific health concerns?Yes! Our range includes blends designed to support sleep, digestion, focus, immunity, energy, mood, respiratory health, and more. Each product page explains the ingredients used and what each blend is designed to help with.

Can I make my own custom blend?We do not currently offer a self-serve option on the website, but if time allows, we’re happy to help. All our teas are made to order, so custom blends may cost a little more and take longer to prepare. If you have something in mind, email sales@tonicteablends.co.uk with your contact details and a few notes, and we’ll do our best to create it for you.

How long does delivery take?For all orders, we blend your tea fresh after you order, so please allow 3–5 days for blending and packaging. After that, UK delivery usually takes another 3–5 days, though it often arrives sooner. International delivery can take from 14 to 28 days, depending on your location. These are our maximum delivery times for UK & international tea blend orders. UK orders still qualify for free delivery when you spend over £25. Please note: Some items (i.e., those in the Extras category) ship directly from the manufacturer. Although delivery is often quicker, we advise allowing 25–35 days just in case. This will always be clearly stated on relevant product pages. We do not ship products from our Extras category internationally at this time.

Do you offer returns or refunds?Due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened tea products. However, if your item arrives damaged, the carrier will be liable to compensate you for any loss through the insurance we get as standard with our carrier. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to sort things out as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?Yes, we offer international shipping on our tea blends only. Extras such as accessories, gifts, or merchandise are currently only available within the UK. The minimum order value for international tea orders is £25. Delivery costs are based on weight and set by our shipping carrier, which we have no control over. Unfortunately, we do not offer free international delivery at this time. We are actively working to find a more affordable shipping solution so we can bring our teas to the world.
